Broken down on the QEW, stuck in a snowbank on the Escarpment or dead in your driveway? We tow, boost, winch and recover across Grimsby and West Niagara, day or night.
Emergency? Call us — it's faster. Otherwise send this and we'll ring you right back.
What We Do
From a dead battery on Main Street West to a collision on the QEW at Bartlett, we run the trucks that get you off the road and where you need to be.
Cars, SUVs, vans and light trucks — towed to your shop, your driveway or wherever you're headed. Local Grimsby tows and long-distance runs into Hamilton and the GTA.

Battery boosts, flat tire changes, lockouts and fuel delivery. Half our calls don't need a tow at all — and we'd rather get you rolling than load you up.
Roadside assistance →
Flatbed transport for AWD, low-clearance and damaged vehicles, plus winch-outs from ditches and snowbanks and full collision recovery on the QEW.

Call (289) 216-9227. Give us the cross street or QEW interchange, the vehicle and what happened — that's all we need to roll.
You get the price on the phone — hook-up plus distance, or the flat recovery rate. No surprises when the truck shows up.
Boost, tire, lockout or a full tow to your shop, home or body shop. Stay in the vehicle with hazards on until we arrive.
Why Local Knowledge Matters
Grimsby is a tow-truck town whether it wants to be or not. The QEW cuts straight through the middle of it, with interchanges at Casablanca Boulevard, the central Christie/Ontario/Maple ramps and Bartlett Avenue — a commuter artery between Hamilton, Niagara and Buffalo that turns into a parking lot on summer weekends and a hazard in winter. Squeezed between Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment, the town takes roughly 190 cm of snow a year and the squalls come off the lake fast. Whiteout, black ice, and cars end up in the ditch along the Fifty Road stretch and off the shoulders east of Bartlett.
Then there's the Escarpment itself. The climbs — Mountain Road, Ridge Road, Kemp Road, Woolverton — are steep, curved and ice up before anything down on the lake plain does. That's where the winch-out calls come from. Down in Olde Town, Grimsby Beach and along Main Street, it's the everyday stuff: a battery that won't turn over at −16 °C, keys locked in a running car, a flat in the Casablanca plaza. We know these roads, so we know how long it will actually take us to reach you — and we'll tell you straight.

Questions
A local tow inside Grimsby typically runs about $95–$175. Most tows price as a hook-up fee of roughly $75–$125 plus about $4–$7 per kilometre, so Hamilton or St. Catharines usually lands around $150–$250 and the GTA around $250–$450+. Winch-outs and accident recovery are quoted separately. You get the number on the phone before we roll.
Most Grimsby calls see a truck in roughly 30–45 minutes, and QEW calls between Casablanca and Bartlett are often quicker. Snow squalls, collisions and QEW rush hour stretch that — we'll give you an honest ETA when you call, not an optimistic one.
Yes — it's a big share of our work. If you're broken down on the shoulder, stay belted in the vehicle with your hazards on. If you're in a live lane, call 911 first, then call us.
Yes. Winch-outs are a winter staple here, especially on the Escarpment climbs and along the QEW after a squall. A straightforward winch-out typically runs $150–$400 depending on how far off the road you are and the snow depth.
Yes — boosts, flat tire changes, lockouts and fuel delivery. If a boost gets you home instead of a tow, that's what we'll do. It's cheaper for you and faster for us.
